Clayton Cauchi born in Malta on the 31st October 1989. Always had love and passion for music since he was a little kid. Afterwards when he got older he used to go out and go clubbing with friends. When he used to go clubbing he always said that, that man/woman who is playing the music for clubbers was the thing he wanted to do in the future. Once he talked with Matthew B and told him he was very interested in djing. Matthew B has told Dj Ryan (Pure Promotions) about him and he started to take djing lessons in August 2006. He bought his djing equipment for home to practice which are 2 pioneer cdjs 800 and a behringer djx 700 mixer to practice on.
9 months having these djing lessons... he was taught the basic djing skills and was ready to start his dream. He did his first mix recorded it at home and send it to a large number of friends and djs. They gave him a lot of positive feedback like JJoy telling him that in 5 years time he will be there from good become great.
Since now Claytonic played at a lot of different clubs/venues/bars such as: Sky Club, Axis Mega Club, Vinyl, Clique, La Grotta, Amazzonia, Miracles, Caesar's House, Sabor, Styx, Peppermint, 7th Heaven, Escape, Mink, Lines Pub & Sin City.
He played at various events too such as Fra Ben Music Festival, all of J'Joy's events, Alvin Gee's Gee Funk & Lenny's StereoCity.
In 2008 Claytonic began to play alongside international artists like: Erick Morillo & Guru Josh Project.
Since he was 18 Claytonic has got 3 different residencies which are: Vinyl, Sabor & Caesar's House. Currently he is still playing at two of them: Caesar's House every friday & Vinyl every Saturday.
In 2009 Claytonic has got a new residency for fridays at T-Zers Pleasure Lounge. He is sitll doing his nights under the name Ready Set Go Fridays. For Saturdays he has no present residency, but is keeping himself busy by regular guest spots at different clubs.
In this current year Claytonic is proud to say that now he is part of the Rype Promotions team as the new resident dj. After being approached by J Joy and asked if he would be interested, he said yes without thinking twice. For Claytonic this is a step forward and now he can take his name into the next level with the help of playing at good times at J Joy's events and by more promotion.
His favourite music genres are: tech house, minimal, techno, & progressive but he also plays house & commercial music when needed to.
Claytonic is making his personal events under the name of FEEL IT. 4 events were done since now and it seems that these events are growing slowly but surely. Special guests J Joy, Ruby, Joseph Armani & Miss Roberta played at these events too and the biggest attendance Feel It has had since now was about 350-450 clubbers.
